Hello,
So I have two notebooks for my use at the moment. One on 32 bit 7, second - 64 bit 8. Both crashed after installing Windows update (the first one freezes like 2 minutes after booting unless in safe mode, the second one does not boot at all). I can't reinstall the first one as I cannot change boot options to usb since my keyboard is not fully working. I can't do anything with the second one as all googleable help hints require user password which former user forgot.
I didn't find the right solution from the internet.
